This Cellulose Duck Sponge from A Slice Of Green is a cute, duck shaped, natural yellow, cellulose sponge. This cellulose sponge is made from wood pulp and cotton, so it’s fully home compostable and biodegradable. It is highly absorbent and soft, so is great for fun bath times with your little ones. Just dampen it with warm water and use with your preferred product or just with water.
Cellulose are a fab plastic sponge alternative, making a really positive impact on the planet and cutting down on plastic waste. One sponge can last indefinitely if looked after well, but with everyday use it’s likely to last around 6 months. It can be washed in the washing machine, dish washer, or can be soaked in vinegar for 5 minutes before rinsing and being left to dry out.
